WE ARE CLOSED TO NON-RESIDENTS ON Tuesdays and UNTIL 3pm on Wednesdays. Residents who are currently booked are automatically booked an evening dining table, we will contact you directly about arrangements.

All table bookings are done online here on the website or on Facebook. Please don't phone or use Facebook messenger to book unless this is for a large party as we are very busy and this takes us away from service where you will just be directed back online.

Only the times shown are available when bookings so if the time you want to book doesn't show then we are fully booked at that time - booking well in advance is recommended.

Despite restrictions being lifted we will be continuing with table service ONLY. There will be no ordering from the bar and if you don't have a table you will not be served. This is our choice as we only have a small team, a high volume of business and a small footprint. Please understand that things may not be as you remember the Applecross Inn to be but we are trying to protect the health and wellbeing of our hard working team and ourselves.

Tables can be booked under the following conditions:

Full table service indoors where we have 16 tables, no drinks ordered from the bar, only from the table. Dogs not currently allowed indoors due to small footprint and tables being segregated. Face masks mandatory indoors unless sitting at the table.

Open from 12.00pm - 8pm ONLY (CLOSE AT 10.30pm FOR ALL)

We have stopped taking bookings for outside dining due to the ever changing weather and until we have a full team able to keep up our excellent service standards.

Open from 12.00pm - 8pm ONLY (CLOSE AT 10.30pm FOR ALL)

Please be kind to the staff, we want to serve you all but this isn't possible so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our menus are wide ranging offering snacks, starters, main meals and daily specials during food service. We also cater for our younger visitors and those with special dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan diets and those with food allergies. Please note the prices displayed here are correct at the time of publishing and are checked regularly. If these vary from the bar prices, the bar prices will apply.

Here is our current Wine, Whisky & Gin menu .

Food and Drink Provenance

Here at the Inn we aim to source our quality ingredients for our dishes as locally as is viable, or at the very least try and remain Scottish! To help achieve this we are favoured by our beautiful seaside location and a great range of local suppliers. However, we are sometimes hindered by our remoteness! Other factors such as seasonality and the weather can affect what we have on offer but, we endeavour to, offer alternatives when possible. To accompany our delicious local food we try and stay Scottish with our drinks too!

Please see our locally designed Food and Drink Provenance Map for more information. A copy of this is available in the inside bar/dining area.

Please be aware that the Inn, including the bar/dining area is non smoking, including vaping! This also now includes our outdoor dining tables during food service times 12.00am - 8pm.

A copy of our current bar/dining menus are below. Please be advised these menus are dependent on availability and so not all dishes may be available during your visit. We always have plenty of options available though.
