The Inn operates all year round. As one of the most popular places to eat in the local area we require friendly, reliable and hard-working staff to help keep our customers happy!

We pride ourselves on our warm welcoming friendly service whilst providing great food, drinks and comfortable accommodation.

Our employees consist of a mixture of local permanent members of staff and those who come for, some or all of, ‘the season’ (April-October). As a busy Inn during the season, we are able to offer staff a minimum of 40 hours, over various shifts, with more hours available. Whilst we do have staff accommodation, it is limited. Please note we are not able to accommodate pets.

Our employees work across a number of areas including the kitchen, the prep room, front of house, housekeeping, the take away van, the bar, cleaning, maintenance and administration or ideally a mixture of some of these. Given how hard we all work we like to encourage a happy and positive team spirit across the Inn, if we are happy so are our customers!

Please be aware that Applecross, where the Inn is situated, is in beautiful small remote rural village with limited services. You may find it helpful to look through our website to see what the wider community has to offer before contacting us.

Current Vacancies

We currently have 2 general assistant vacancies. These positions involve food prep room tasks, dish washing, table waiting, front of house duties, bar work and possibly other duties as required. This will discussed further upon application. The start date is asap from until the end of November (or possibly longer). Applicants must have previous experience in hospitality in similar positions AND must be able to commit for this time period.

Accommodation is available but is on a shared basis (no pets) so suitable for couples or friends.
